Most visuals in the BI Analytics are exportable to an Excel or CSV format.
When reports are exportable, an ellipsis icon (three dots) will appear when you hover your mouse over the top right corner of the chosen visual. To pin this icon to the visual, click within the visual area.
Click the ellipsis to see More options and select Export data (as shown below):
A new screen will open and give up to three export options to choose from. Our recommendation is to use the Summarised data option in an excel format, but your choice will depend on your requirements (see export options notes on last page).
Choose your preferred export option.
Choose a file format (where applicable):
Click Export. The file will be in your Downloads folder.

Data with Current Layout:
This export option is good for reports that contain multiple levels of data, such as this table report (right). You’ll be able to expand the report as much as you require, and then export will be as you see it on screen.
Summarised Data:
This option would export all data within the report.
This choice exports the raw data that was used to generate the visual's data. For instance, a visual showing the number of new resources created each month would not include details about Resource Group / Name / Subscription:
