🔍Quantum 365 RECOMMENDATIONS - Reviewing Inactive Product Usage

The recommendation labelled "Active User (member) with a product that was never used" or "Active User (member) with a Product with Inactive Usage" is based on a logic that reviews the users’ assigned Plans. Specifically, it highlights candidates for potential removal of any licenses that do not have a recorded 'Last Used' date or has been inactive for more than 30 days. Plan usage can be reviewed per individual user as depicted below.
